Our Principles

Technical avant-garde, organizational capacity, personnel management, flexibility: these are i fundamental principles on which we at Il Constructor, with constancy and commitment, we carry on ours activity for over 30 years. 30 years in which we have carried out the most different projects, from civil construction to infrastructures to large industrial realities, both on the Italian territory and abroad. The continuous confrontation with ever-changing realities it has increased ours know-how and allows us today to cope, with ever greater speed and efficiency, to situations and to the realities in which we find ourselves operating.

Project Management

Each initiative is followed directly by us in all its phases, from programming to implementation through design. Particular attention is also paid to the management and maintenance of the building, in order to meet the needs of both our client and the real users or inhabitants of the spaces.

Bioclimatic Architecture and Eco-Sustainable Building

As construction builders, we are sensitive to the increasingly current environmental and energy saving issues. All our projects respect the environment in which they arise and are harmoniously integrated into it, exploiting its peculiarities, in compliance with the principles of bioclimatic architecture. The goal is to reduce energy consumption and maximize the production of energy supplied from renewable sources. Furthermore, the use of non-polluting and recyclable materials is aimed at a sustainable development of the building.
